Biographical Sketch

 Yoonsu Choi received the BS, MS in Electronics Engineering from Soongsil University in 1993 and 1995, respectively. During 1995-1999, he worked at Korea Telecom Research Center, Seoul, Korea. He is currently working towards a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology.
